Fernando Garcia

Fernando Garcia is a seasoned professional in marine logistics and chartering, currently serving as a Chartering Specialist for Offshore Support Vessels at Saipem since August 2022, focusing on vessel procurement for Saipem America. Prior to this role, Fernando worked at Clarksons Platou from October 2014 to August 2022 as the Offshore Shipbroker - Head GoM and LATAM, where expertise was applied in brokering, project and marine asset risk management, as well as contract negotiations and market analysis. Fernando's career also includes a position as Contract Supervisor and Rig Logistics Manager at Pemex from January 2010 to January 2012, specializing in procurement and marine logistics. Fernando holds two Master's degrees in International Transport and Logistics from 上海海事大学 and World Maritime University, both completed in June 2014.
