Francesca D'Ambrosio

Francesca D'Ambrosio has extensive experience in digital strategy, change management, and skill development, currently serving as the Change Management Manager at Saipem since October 2019. Prior to this role, Francesca held the position of Associate Director at A.T. Kearney from July 2016 to September 2019 and worked as a Project Manager at Salesforce for a brief period in early 2016. Francesca’s earlier career includes significant roles at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager and at Accenture as a Senior Analyst. Francesca began the professional journey with an internship at the Consolato generale d'Italia. Francesca holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Università Bocconi, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
