Jothi Ayyappan

Jothi Ayyappan is a Senior Principal Engineer at Saipem since August 2021, specializing in topside structural design and analysis, specifically for the M02 Compressor module. With a wealth of experience in structural engineering, Jothi previously held positions at KBR/Energo Engineering, Ramboll, Results Engineering India, and Oiltech Engineering Ltd, contributing to various offshore projects including the Sangomar FPSO and Jackdaw FEED. Jothi's expertise encompasses structural analysis for in-service and pre-service conditions, as well as design considerations for complex structures. A Master of Engineering graduate from Anna University Chennai, Jothi has a strong foundation in both engineering principles and practical applications within the offshore engineering sector.
