Matteo Molon

Matteo Molon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on international HR management and coordination within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Area Human Resources Manager for Saipem in the Middle East since August 2017, Matteo has held various HR leadership roles, including Group HR Director at Ligabue Group and HR Advisor at Saipem. Previous positions include overseeing HR activities in multiple African countries and managing HR, logistics, and security for Saipem in Nigeria. With a strong educational background, including an MBA from CUOA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Padova, Matteo has demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development throughout a career spanning over 15 years.
