Michael Stothard

Michael Stothard is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience at Saipem since May 2006, where Michael has held various roles including Project Director and Senior Project Manager. With a foundation in fabrication processes, Michael possesses strong skills in supplier management and negotiations across the supply chain. Prior to Saipem, Michael served as a Senior Project Manager at Mitsui Babcock from September 1983 to May 2006, leading diverse teams through all contract phases, including bid analysis, negotiations, and execution. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
