La Société Arabe des Industries Pharmaceutiques, SAIPH, créée en 1992, est une société anonyme de droit tunisien de fabrication et de commercialisation de médicaments à usage humain. L’entreprise est entrée en production en 1997. Elle vend ses produits à la Pharmacie Centrale de Tunisie (PCT), aux grossistes et aux institutions hospitalières de Tunisie et exporte vers la Libye, l’Algérie et les pays de l’Afrique subsaharienne. La société SAIPH fabrique des médicaments sous licence et des produits génériques ayant la marque SAIPH. Depuis quelques années la société a développé l’activité de sous-traitance pour le compte de laboratoires internationaux implantés en Tunisie.
