Matthew Porr

Matthew Porr is a seasoned hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University. Currently serving as a Bartender at Saison Hospitality since July 2022, Matthew has previously held the position of Head Bartender at Fogo de Chão from January 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Texas Roadhouse from December 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included bartender, server, and host. Matthew also worked as a Bartender at Morey's Piers & Resorts in the summer of 2021, completed a Food and Beverage Internship at The Union League of Philadelphia in June 2019, and served as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Optimum Marketing Partners in early 2019. Additionally, experience at Hyatt Place as a Front Desk Representative from November 2017 to May 2018 showcases a broad skill set in hospitality operations.
