Riyanti Poerba has a diverse background in student support and experience management within various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Student Experience at the SAIT Students' Association since March 2022, Riyanti previously worked as the Team Lead for International Student Support at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from September 2021 to April 2022. Prior roles include multiple positions at Humber College, where Riyanti functioned as a Residence Admissions Coordinator and Student Life Coordinator, and a similar role at the University of Guelph-Humber. Earlier experience includes positions at Capital English Solutions, where Riyanti held various coordinator roles, and teaching French at Vidya Learning Centre. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from the University of Waterloo, obtained from 2009 to 2013.

SAIT Students' Association
SAIT Students' Association (Saitsa) is a non-profit organization representing SAIT students. Our mandate is to enhance the student experience at every opportunity. We operate a variety of student services that provide a wide range of activities and programming designed to meet each students’ unique needs and interests. We continue to push the boundaries of what an ideal student experience looks like. Additionally, we advocate on students' behalf at the institutional level, and at all levels of government to ensure student voices are heard.
