Mario Castellanos Diez

Mario Castellanos Diez is an experienced environmental consultant with a strong background in environmental management and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of the Environment Department at SAITEC since May 2018, Mario leads a skilled team in assessing projects both nationally and internationally, focusing on the consenting and permitting process. Prior to this role, Mario worked as a Senior Environmental Consultant at SAITEC, managing environmental impact assessments and environmental bid management. From September 2008 to April 2018, Mario was an Environmental & GIS Consultant at AmbiNor Consultoría y Proyectos SL, where responsibilities included preparing various environmental documents and implementing environmental monitoring plans. Earlier experience includes a position as an environmental guide at the Wildlife Museum. Mario holds a Master of Integrated Management System degree from Business European School and a Master of Science degree from Universidad de León.
