Carlos Jiménez

Carlos Jiménez is an accomplished professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Saje Natural Wellness since March 2021. In this role, Carlos leads a team of seven, driving cost reductions and improving quality while successfully launching 95% of products on time despite supply chain challenges. Prior to this, Carlos held various senior management positions at Starbucks for over two decades, where responsibilities included managing global sourcing for a significant annual spend and developing actionable procurement strategies. Carlos's earlier experience includes roles as an economist at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and Edupró, Inc. Carlos holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
