Additionally, as a Team Leader with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), David plays a crucial role in shaping regional aviation safety strategies. David's technical acumen is complemented by a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Riga Aeronautical Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Education from N. Muskhelishvili Kutaisi State Technical University.
