Robert Tjarko Lange

Robert Tjarko Lange is a research scientist and founding member at Sakana AI, with a background as a graduate student researcher at Google DeepMind and experience as a research assistant at the Science of Intelligence. Previous roles include research intern at DeepMind and cognitive computational neuroscientist at the Einstein Center for Neurosciences Berlin. Robert is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence at Technische Universität Berlin, with an expected completion date in February 2024, and holds a Master of Science in Computing (Machine Learning) from Imperial College London.
