Eric Adams

Eric Adams is an experienced professional in the agricultural industry, currently serving as Vegetable Trials Coordinator at Sakata Seed America, Inc. since April 2021, where responsibilities include supporting the lettuce breeder with research trials and managing greenhouse seed production. Previously, Eric worked at 3 Star Lettuce from January 2014 to August 2018 as Lettuce Research and Development Support, assisting with data collection and trial preparations. Eric's experience also includes managing seasonal crop harvests at Top Flavor Farms, overseeing park maintenance at Midtown Community Benefits, and various roles in the food industry, including meat handling at Safeway Inc. and managing harvest operations at Patterson Frozen Foods.
