Ewa B. has extensive experience in business process management and analysis, currently serving as the Business Process Improvements Manager and formerly as the Business Process Analyst at Sakata Seed America, Inc. since February 2019. Ewa has a strong background in identifying key processes, defining improvement ideas, and managing business processes effectively. Previous roles include Business Operations Analyst and Business Process Engineer at Cisco and Cisco Jasper, where Ewa focused on process analysis, system requirements, and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies. Additionally, Ewa has held positions at Sofrecom Polska, Comarch, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, contributing expertise in project management and process analysis. Ewa holds a Master's degree in Designing of Information Systems and Information Management from the University of Warsaw.
