Michael M. Wiebe

Michael M. Wiebe is an experienced professional in the horticultural industry, currently serving as Product Technical Services Manager at Sakata Seed America, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, Michael worked for Smithers-Oasis Company for over seven years, where roles included Technical Sales Representative and Senior Greenhouse Research Technician. In these positions, Michael managed extensive territories across the Continental US and Canada, significantly developed sales through relationship-based management, and contributed to new product development and field trial research. Earlier experience includes internships at Garden Genetics LLC and the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Facility, where Michael honed skills in crop production and research techniques. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticultural Science from Penn State University.
