Jalaja Sandesh Thampi

Jalaja Sandesh Thampi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director for Client Services and Delivery at Sakon since November 2009, Jalaja has progressively advanced through various roles including Director and Associate Director. Previous positions include Sr. Project Manager and Project Manager focused on implementation, as well as Senior Analyst. Prior to Sakon, Jalaja worked at Google as an Analyst in Search Quality in the AdWords team and held positions at ADP Private Limited and HSBC Data Processing, India. Jalaja holds a PG Diploma in International Trade from the Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from New Science College, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
