Shabnam Roohi

Shabnam Roohi is the Director of Laboratory Services at Sakra World Hospital since May 2013. SHABNAM is also a Senior Consultant and Head Laboratory Medicine, responsible for setting up a clinical laboratory following Six Sigma and 5S principles. Shabnam has vast experience in the healthcare industry, having held various positions at prestigious hospitals such as Apollo Hospitals in Bangalore and Chennai. SHABNAM holds a MD in Pathology from KMC Mangalore and an MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Sikkim Manipal University. Additionally, SHABNAM has completed various short term courses in advanced hematology and laboratory aspects of hemoglobinopathy diagnosis at Imperial College London.
