Sujata Sikri

Sujata Sikri has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager-Human Resources at Saksoft since February 2018, after progressing from Assistant Manager and Senior Executive roles within the same company. Prior to this, Sujata held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at The Adecco Group from April 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing HR operations in North and East India, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives that achieved above-average GPTW scores. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Executive at The Sachdev Group and a summer internship at Philips Electronics India Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, an MSc in Biosciences, and a BSc in Biotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia.
