Brent Jackson

Brent Jackson is an experienced professional with a background in supply chain IT management, eCommerce, and restaurant ownership. Currently serving as the Supply Chain IT Manager at Salad and Go, Brent has also operated as a self-employed eCommerce business owner and co-owned The Forge 1912 restaurant. Brent has taken career breaks for professional development and caregiving. Educationally, Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from Oklahoma Baptist University.
