Product Manager - Supply Chain at Salad and Go

Niraj Kamat has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Niraj currently works at Salad and Go as a Product Manager - Supply Chain, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they were an Operational Excellence Analyst at Salad and Go from July 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining Salad and Go, Niraj worked at Arizona State University as a Fitness Supervisor from May 2018 to May 2019.

Niraj also has experience in manufacturing engineering. Niraj worked at Pentair from February 2014 to April 2017, where they managed the high-volume mass production process for reverse osmosis membranes. In this role, they led a team of 3 engineers and 48 technicians, implemented Lean-Six Sigma manufacturing tools and methodologies, and successfully completed lean continuous improvement projects. Niraj achieved significant cost savings through productivity improvement and quality enhancement.

Niraj began their career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at CommScope from November 2013 to January 2014.

Niraj Kamat completed their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Goa Engineering College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Niraj Kamat has also obtained several certifications. Niraj earned a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in April 2019. In February 2019, they completed the Tableau-10 for Data Science course from Udemy. In October 2018, they attained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. In May 2017, they completed an Introduction to Operations Management course from the University of Pennsylvania. Lastly, in March 2019, they became certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) (Part 1) from APICS.
