Daniel Pinneaux has over 28 years of work experience in the restaurant and catering industry. Daniel started their career as a General Manager at Coco's/jojos Restaurant in 1991 and worked there until 1999. Daniel then joined Brinker International as a General Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill from 1999 to 2005. Following that, they worked at Dave & Buster's as a General Manager from 2005 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Regional Manager at Alonti Catering Kitchen. Most recently, they worked at Salad Collective, first as an Area Director, Snappy Salads from 2016 to 2018, and then as the Director of Operations Services from 2018 onwards.
