Erin Mancini

Erin Mancini is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Saladworks since February 2022, Erin previously held the position of Operations Manager at First Watch Restaurants from December 2021 to January 2023, and Shift Manager at &pizza for a brief period in 2021. Earlier experience includes working as Assistant Manager at Tony Roni's from April 2016 to October 2020 and Kitchen Manager at Urban Air Adventure Parks between October 2019 and September 2020. Erin began a career in the industry as a cashier, demonstrating dedication and growth throughout various roles.
