Rod West

Rod West has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as the Capital Markets Manager at Salal Credit Union since August 2017, where responsibilities include developing analytical tools and managing relationships for loan participation sales. Previous roles at Salal include Capital Markets Analyst and Participation Loan Operations Specialist, along with experience in reporting and analytics. Rod has also contributed as the founder and facilitator of Salal's DivE-IN employee resource group. Prior to Salal, Rod worked in various roles, including Operations & Marketing at Penny Smart Girl Accounting, Mortgage Assistant at Parker Staffing Services, and Business Development at Ajilon.
