Kanishka Basumatary

Kanishka Basumatary began their work experience in 2013 as a Technical Trainee at Deccan Charters Private Limited. They then went on to work as a Summer Intern at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. in 2016. In 2017, they joined GoAir as a Flight Analyst and worked there until 2021. During their time at GoAir, they also worked briefly as a Senior Executive at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) from July to December 2021. Currently, Kanishka is working as a Revenue Optimization Executive at SalamAir starting in December 2021.

Kanishka Basumatary completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Aviation Management at UPES from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Kanishka obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Delhi University. In 2008, Kanishka attended the School of Engineering and Technology and obtained a license in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician, which was completed in 2011.
