Mike Cavello

Mike Cavello has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike is currently working as the Sales Operations Director at Salamander Designs since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager at MarketSource Inc. from April 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects, managing resources, and tracking progress.

Before joining MarketSource Inc., Mike worked at Bankers Life from February 2016 to April 2018 as a Unit Field Trainer, where they trained, coached, and mentored new agents. Mike also held the position of a Licensed Insurance Agent from June 2015 to April 2018 at the same company.

From December 2013 to January 2015, Mike served as the Director of Field Operations - Sales at ActionLink. Mike also worked as a Sales Development Manager from January 2013 to December 2013, and as a Regional Manager - Northeast Sales Region from April 2010 to January 2013 at the same company.

Mike started their career at Best Buy in July 2003 as a General Manager, where they were responsible for the overall operations of a $45M store and played a key role in delivering excellent customer experience. Mike worked at Best Buy for almost seven years and achieved remarkable results, including growing customer satisfaction and being selected to the Best Buy Retail Leadership Forum.

Before joining Best Buy, Mike worked as an Assistant General Manager at Jillian's Entertainment from June 2001 to July 2003.

Mike Cavello attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, they enrolled at DePaul University from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
