Greg Gearhart

Greg Gearhart is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Salamander Hotels & Resorts since August 2013, Greg previously held the same title at Summit Point, where responsibilities included maintaining government buildings. Prior to that, Greg served as Chief Engineer at Lansdowne Resort from June 2006 to September 2012 and held the role of Assistant Superintendent at Lansdowne Resort and Spa from August 1994 to September 2012, focusing on golf course management. Greg's career began as a Sheet Metal Worker at H.G. Kogok from June 1981 to July 1994. Greg also completed a short course in Turf and Turfgrass Management at Virginia Tech.
