Jose Linares

Jose Linares is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining environments. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Salamander Collection since December 2020, Jose previously held various positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2015 to December 2021, culminating in the role of Sous Chef at Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina. Responsibilities included delivering high-quality dishes, managing ingredient orders, and promoting sustainability in menu planning. Jose has also contributed to team success in diverse culinary settings, including fine dining at Sea Fu Restaurant and Bourbon Steak, while consistently honing skills in kitchen operations and culinary excellence. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management from Stratford University.
