Paul Wisor

Paul Wisor is an experienced Town Manager for the Town of Mountain Village since September 2021. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Shareholder at Garfield & Hecht, P.C. from September 2018 to September 2021, focusing on public finance, real estate development, and municipal governance. Additionally, Paul was a Partner at Kline Alvarado Veio, P.C. from July 2016 to September 2018, where the expertise included advising governmental entities on public financings and collaborating with issuers and lenders. Paul Wisor holds degrees from the University of Colorado Law School and Lehigh University.
