Madu Ionascu

Madu Ionascu is the Founder and CEO of Salary Board since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Startup CEO at Reworld Media from 2013 to 2015, where they co-founded and managed Purple Yogo, which provided e-commerce solutions for businesses. Madu served as the Managing Director at Web Power from 2012 to 2013, where they set up the branch office in Spain and developed new business. Madu also worked as a Direct Marketing Specialist at Softonic from 2010 to 2012, where they managed and automated the email program. Before that, they were a Direct Marketing Manager at Emailing Network from 2008 to 2010. Madu started their career as a Market researcher at WorldOne in 2007 and as a Junior Sales Consultant at Flamingo Computers from 2004 to 2005.

Madu Ionascu has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from La Salle University in 2011 and another M.B.A. degree from Universitat Ramon Llull during the period 2010-2012. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Madu studied for a degree in Business Administration (LADE) at Universitat de Barcelona. Madu also holds an Associate's Degree in Compensation & Benefits from SHRI Academy, with no specified start or end years. In 2009-2010, Madu completed a Practitioner program in NLP at Mens Venilia.
