David Turetsky

David Turetsky has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Salary.com, where they focus on the growth and development of the HR function and provides support on the implementation of new technologies. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP, Consulting for Salary.com, where they worked on people analytics, total rewards, and HR data governance issues.

Before joining Salary.com, David operated their own consulting firm called Turetsky Consulting LLC. In this role, they built key relationships with clients such as ADP, STG, CompTeam, and RJReliance, and their clients included BBraun and Sempra Energy.

David has had an extensive career at ADP, where they held various leadership positions. David served as the VP, Professional Services - People Insights Consulting, where they provided support to organizations looking to leverage big data and analytics in their HR functions. David also incubated new consulting offerings while running ADP's DataCloud business. Additionally, they served as the VP of Product Management for ADP DataCloud, where they developed ADP's Big Data product and managed a team of product owners and consultants.

Before their time at ADP, David worked for ADP (Workscape), where they served as the Director of Product Management. David developed compensation planning, performance management, and succession management applications for large clients such as Nokia, IBM, and Cisco.

David also gained experience at Aon Consulting as a Vice President and MarketDataNow, Inc., where they served as CEO, Founder, and Consultant. In these roles, they built compensation market information solutions and developed a consulting and technology services company.

Earlier in their career, David worked for Bankers Trust, BD Medical, and Morgan Stanley, where they held various compensation and HR-related roles.

David Turetsky earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Penn State University between 1985 and 1989. Prior to that, they attended Spring Valley Senior High School and obtained a Regents degree in General studies from 1983 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Statistical Inference, Exploratory Data Analysis, Introduction to R, Reproducible Research, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox, all of which were verified by Coursera. David also obtained an Introduction to R certification from DataCamp. Furthermore, David has an HCS (Human Capital Strategist) certification from the Human Capital Institute.
