Joseph Ford

Joseph Ford currently serves as the Implementation Lead at Salary Finance since September 2018, overseeing the onboarding of large organizations, including FTSE 100 companies, to enhance employee financial resilience. Prior to this, Joseph held multiple roles within Brothers Ford as Director and Co-Founder, managing a drop-shipping T-shirt business since December 2016, and worked as a Senior Deals Analyst in the travel sector at Wowcher from January 2017 to August 2018. Joseph's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Sociology from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
