Shelly-Ann Scott is an accomplished professional in tax technology implementation with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr Director of Tax Technology Implementation at Avalara since August 2025, Shelly-Ann previously held multiple leadership roles at Ryan, including Vice President of Product Strategy and Implementation Services, Senior Manager, and Sr Project Manager from March 2009 to August 2025.
