Phaik Khaw

Phaik Khaw is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Fractional General Counsel at Salary Finance since June 2024 and as a Mentor for ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator since August 2023. Previously, Phaik Khaw held the position of General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance at Alantra Corporate Portfolio Advisors International from May 2021 to March 2023, and General Counsel at iwoca from August 2019 to May 2021. Phaik Khaw also served as Director of Investment Banking Legal at UBS from January 2011 to July 2019, acting as the principal legal contact for structured debt products and handling various asset classes. Phaik Khaw holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Monash University.
