Richard's earlier experience includes key financial operations positions at CCUK Finance Ltd. and CompuCredit UK Ltd., where significant achievements included restructuring finance departments and implementing payment processing platforms. Richard holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of East Anglia.
