Geert Teys

Geert Teys is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at Salary Hero since May 2025, where there is a focus on technical vision and product engineering strategy. Prior to this role, Teys was the Head of Fintech at SmartDev from January 2024 to April 2025, assisting BFSI customers in delivering financial services. A brief professional development period occurred in late 2023, during which Teys enhanced skills in AI, data management, and Python. Earlier, as Chief Technology Officer at INU from June 2023 to October 2023, Teys led a strategy pivot for the app launch and rebranding to 'MaxBank'. From June 2020 to May 2023, Teys was the Senior Engineering Manager at Brankas, overseeing the engineering team's growth and technological advancements.
