Karoline Derse

Karoline Melrose Derse is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and interior design. Currently serving as the Managing Principal, Principal Architect, and Senior Vice President of the Architecture Department at Salas O'Brien since August 2012, Karoline has demonstrated leadership in various capacities within the firm. Prior to this role, Karoline worked as a Project Manager at KDW, PS Architecture|Engineering from April 2004 to August 2012. Karoline holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Texas at Austin, awarded in 2003.
