Charlotte Davies

Charlotte Davies has a long and varied work experience, beginning with Office Manager at Wildwind Sailing Holidays in 2006. Charlotte then moved to Finance Assistant at Somerset Primary Care Trust, Community Health Services in 2007, followed by Corporate Services Senior at Francis Clark Chartered Accountants in the same year. In 2011, they became Finance Director at Marine Biological Association and in 2014 they were appointed Trustee at St Luke's Hospice Plymouth. In 2015, they were appointed Director of Finance and Corporate Services at Step One Charity and Non Executive Director at Salcombe Distilling Company. In 2020, they were appointed Director of Finance and Resources at Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust, and in 2022 they will become COO at Common Seas.

Charlotte Davies has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology from the University of Oxford, which they obtained between 1999 and 2002. Charlotte also holds an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they are a FCA Chartered Accountant from the ICAEW.
