James Edis has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2020, they began working as the Sales Manager & Brand Ambassador for the Salcombe Distilling Company. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they were the Business Development Manager for Black Cow Vodka. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Operations Manager for 1812 Lounge Bar & Restaurant. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Freelance for EAUdeVIE, managing all areas of operations with ultimate responsibility for P&L. Additionally, since 2020, they have been a Brand Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, a non-profit campaign operating within hospitality to challenge mental health stigma.

James Edis received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 3D Design & Animation from Bournemouth University between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they achieved their A Level from Poole Grammar School between 1992 and 1998, studying Business Studies, Design Technology, and Geography.
