Michael Doherty Jr. has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both emergency services and financial administration. Currently serving as a firefighter with the Salem Fire Department since September 2019, Michael previously worked as a Financial Administrator at Wellington Management from January 2014 to January 2015, where responsibilities included preparing invoices and managing client service requests. An internship at Robert Goodman P.C. in early 2013 provided valuable insights into the accounting profession and exposure to various accounting software. Earlier experience as a Groundskeeper at Olde Salem Greens included training new staff and performing maintenance tasks over multiple summers during college. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lasell University in 2013.
