Justin Harris

Justin Harris is currently a Family Physician at Salem Health, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Justin completed a Family Medicine Residency at Samaritan Health Services from June 2022 to June 2025. The medical training began at Western University of Health Sciences, where Justin earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree between 2018 and 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Medical Scribe at Eye Care Physicians & Surgeons and Scribe-X Northwest, where responsibilities involved electronic medical records and assisting physicians in patient care. Educational background comprises a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biology and International Studies from Oregon State University, completed from 2012 to 2016, alongside involvement as an International Degree Student Ambassador and undergraduate research in biochemistry. Other early work experience includes managing shipping operations as a Forklift Operator at Willamette Valley Fruit Company from 2011 to 2013.
