Mariska Moore

Mariska Moore, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, currently serves as the Pharmacy Operations Manager for Inpatient services at Salem Health since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mariska held various positions at Samaritan Health Services from March 2012 to January 2024, including Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, Inpatient and Anticoagulation Pharmacist, PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident, Inpatient Pharmacy Intern, and Patient Accounts. Mariska's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, also from Oregon State University, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Mariska earned a Bachelor of Science in General Science, Pre-Pharmacy from Oregon State University, completing the program between 2007 and 2011.
