Robert Gray

Robert Gray is an accomplished IT leader with a strong background in health care and retail management. Currently serving as the IT Systems Director of BI, Clinical Engineering, and IT Operations at Salem Health since December 2014, Robert develops strategic roadmaps, oversees data and business intelligence standards, ensures compliance, and provides operational oversight of various IT services. Previous roles include Director of Business Intelligence and IT Operations, where Robert was responsible for the strategic direction of business intelligence systems, and Solution Center Manager, overseeing governance and operations. Prior experience at Target and Best Buy involved logistics and store management, focusing on operational efficiency and team performance. Robert holds a Master’s degree in IT Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Portland State University.
