Sophia Heide

Sophia Heide is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards, Employee Relations & Development at Salem Health since January 2016, Sophia has also held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager for the COVID Vaccine Program.
