Rachel Pena

Rachel Pena is an experienced educator with a robust background in elementary and middle school teaching. Currently a Third Grade Teacher at Salem Lutheran Church and School since August 2018, Rachel previously taught Science at Gateway Middle School and served as a Middle School Teacher at Salem Lutheran School, where responsibilities included teaching multiple science subjects and managing extracurricular activities. Rachel's teaching career began at Hope Lutheran Church & School, where duties included instructing various subjects for grades 1-8 and coaching basketball. A Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis complements Rachel's extensive teaching experience, which also includes a notable role as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at King Of Glory.
