Sonia Luna

Sonia Luna is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and educational support. Currently serving as a Third Grade Teacher at St. Johns Catholic School since August 2020, Sonia has also held the position of Montessori Preschool Teacher at St. John Catholic School since August 2017 and worked as an Educator at St. John's Catholic School since August 2014, focusing on foundational skills in reading, behavior management, and activity organization. Additionally, Sonia has experience as a Security Coordinator at Bates College and as a Teaching Assistant in Special Education and general education at local elementary schools. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Biology: Psychology from Bates College and graduated with honors from The Young Women's Leadership School of East Harlem.
