Justin Frazier has worked in various roles since 2012. Justin started as a Shipping and Receiving Manager at Forsyth Technical Community College in 2012. In 2015, they moved to Guilford Technical Community College as a Buyer and General Merchandise Manager. In 2016, they joined Inmar as an Operations Support Specialist, where they were responsible for operations support and logistics and creating innovative ways to streamline processes and enhance the working environment. In 2018, they joined Salem One as a Project Management Supervisor and later moved to a Senior Project Manager - Team Leader role and then to a Project Manager role.

Justin Frazier completed their high school education at West Stokes High School from 2005 to 2009. Justin then attended Surry Community College from 2011 to 2015, earning an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Justin then went on to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Justin Frazier has obtained four certifications: a Confident, Assertive, and In Charge: Developing the Attitudes of Leadership certification from Dale Carnegie Training in May 2021, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Inmar Intelligent Quality in March 2017, a Commercial Drivers License from the State of North Carolina in September 2013, and a Notary Public certification from the State of North Carolina in February 2012.
