Kevin J. Augeson

Kevin J. Augeson has had a long and varied career in the manufacturing industry. Kevin J. began their career at Glasco Industries in 1998 as a Night Supervisor. Kevin J. then moved to CROW RIVER PRESS INC in 1999 in the same role. In 2004, they joined Nahan as a Press Operator. In 2012, they began working for Meyer Teleservices as a Utility Supervisor, and for CareCall as a Floor Manager/Workforce Supervisor. In 2015, they became a Production Supervisor at Carlson Engineered Composites. In 2016, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Materials Supervisor. In 2017, they began working at Dowco as a Plant Manager. In 2021, they began working at Golding, Inc as a Plant Manager, where they reduced downtime by 20% through CI and process improvements, increased production per day on average, and reduced capacity by removing unprofitable customers, thus reducing OT 20% per week for 2022. Kevin J. is currently employed at Salem One as a Quality Continuous Improvement Manager.

Kevin J. Augeson completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from Rasmussen University between 2010 and 2012. Kevin J. later obtained a Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute in 2021 and 2022.
