Ryan Moody is the Director of Business Development at Salem One, expanding a sales team to enhance the growth of packaging solutions. Previously, Ryan served as a Sales Director for the Sheets Business Unit at DS Smith, managing a team within a large manufacturing network. Ryan's extensive background includes various leadership roles at IPS Packaging & Automation, including Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales. Prior to entering the packaging industry, Ryan was an Army Captain, overseeing significant projects during Operation Iraqi Freedom and managing military training programs. Ryan began their career at Staples Business Advantage, starting as a Facility Solutions Specialist.
