Steve Yarbrough

Steve Yarbrough has a diverse work experience in various accounting and financial management roles. Steve started their career as an Accountant at Dixon, Odom & Co. in 1986. Steve then joined AT&T in 1987 and worked in various accounting and financial management roles for a decade. In 1997, they became the EVP & CFO at Litespec Optical Fiber, LLC, a joint venture majority owned by Lucent Technologies, Inc. Steve served as the Chief Financial Officer of the 4th largest U.S. optical fiber producer until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Steve worked as the Director of Finance at MasTec Energy Services, where they led the Accounting & Finance, Payroll, and IT organizations. Steve then joined Physicians Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2004 as the Controller and served until 2011. Currently, they are the CFO at Salem One since 2012.

Steve Yarbrough attended the Wake Forest University School of Business from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
