Chelsea Banks is currently the Dean of Innovation for Middle School Learning Pilot at Salem Public Schools. Previously, Chelsea held roles such as Special Projects Director and Acting Executive Director at Boston Public Schools. Chelsea has also worked in various educational organizations such as Building Excellent Schools and Empower Schools. Chelsea holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA from Princeton University. Additionally, Chelsea has a Master of Education in Education System Leadership from The Broad Center.
